This gorgeous guy was adopted from the BLM holding pens in Oklahoma. Hard to believe he was a three-strikes horse considered by the BLM to be unadoptable and uwanted.

He is the herd boss, and I might add a very benevolent one, at Shadowlands Ranch: mustangs on the Santa Fe Tail where he lives a beautiful life free with his friends on 1100 acres.
